All accounts must be paid in full prior to the Conference. Earlybird Registration fee will be available until 27 July 2019. Payment for Earlybird Registrations MUST be received by COB on 27 July 2019. After this date the Earlybird rate expires and the Standard rate will be applied automatically to all unpaid registrations.


We hope that you will not have to cancel your registration, however if you are unable to attend the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund maybe available, subject to the following timeline:

  • Cancellations received prior to 2 August 2019 will receive a full refund, less $100 administration charge
  • 21 days before hand - 80% refund available
  • 7 days before hand - 50% refund available
  • 0-6 days before hand - Refund not available

To request a cancellation/refund, please contact LCSA by email.

If you are unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Please advise LCSA of the details of the substitute delegate in writing (email).


Once you completed the online registration form you will receive an Order Confirmation email from LCSA. Please note that the email confirmation will be sent to the email address entered when registering for the conference.

To view or download the invoice for your conference registration, scroll to the top of the website and click on your name (if signed in) next to the shopping cart icon. This will open your Account page where you can view your details. Click the "My Participation" tab, then click on the relevant Invoice Number to view your invoice (Click the PDF icon to download). If you are unable to access your account or you can't find your invoice, contact LCSA and request this to be emailed to you.


Information collected as part of the conference registration process is owned by LCSA. We only access information that you voluntarily give us. We will not provide this information to any third party, other than as necessary to fulfill your request (such as to accommodation providers).
