Julie Williams has an enduring commitment to building community capacity through neighbourhood centres. As the Manager of the Mullumbimby & District Neighbourhood Centre (MDNC), she encourages synergies between community development practices and integrated service delivery.

The MDNC is a learning organization, building opportunities through a culture of reflective practice and authentic community engagement.
