Natalie Jacobi

Family Support Service Coordinator, The Parks Community Network

Natalie Jacobi is the Family Support Service Coordinator at The Parks Community Network. She is a social worker and has been working with NGOs since 2005, in a range of capacities, working to improve outcomes for children, young people, and families.

While working at Catholic Care Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains in the role of Project Elizabeth Caseworker, the Project Elizabeth Program (which focuses on physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of the mother and infant and their extended families, targeting vulnerable families and those of socioeconomic disadvantage) won the Pregnancy Support Award for Leadership in Pregnancy Support in 2020. These Awards were established to create an opportunity to annually recognise, acknowledge and thank those individuals and organisations who provide support and care for women and families facing unplanned pregnancy and discuss life-affirming options.

Natalie is passionate about assisting families, for each member of a family to thrive. Families are the cornerstone to our society and world. The ripple effect from one family goes for many generations, and Natalie is determined to assist as many families as possible.
