Michael Shreenan

Mike has 28 years of experience in the community sector and is currently the CEO of Counterpoint Community Services in Sydney. Originally from Scotland, he faced a difficult upbringing marred in violence and experienced homelessness at a young age, giving him a unique perspective on social services.

Starting his career as a team leader and trainer, Mike has worked in various social work and community development roles.

He has also served on numerous boards and recently founded Provocare, a coaching business offering non-profit organisations professional development and facilitation services.

Mike is also on the IFS Board, representing the LCSA.
