Sean Gallagher is a workforce researcher and advisor whose work focuses on how organisations adapt to structural change.
He previously led the Centre for the New Workforce at Swinburne University, where his research informed enterprise strategy, government policy and industry debate across Australia. At Humanova he leads the organisation's national research program examining how AI is reshaping work, skills and organisational capability.
