This page provides information and support to help you successfully register for the Conference. If you are still having some issues, please contact LCSA.
First, make sure you take a look at the Fees & Options page to help determine what selections you are going to pick. Once you've decided what Registration Options, Accommodation, Transport or Program Options you require, head to the Registration page.
In order to register for the Conference you need to Sign In, or create a new account at the top of the website where is says "Sign In", or "Create Account" (Also available on the Registration page). Sign In using your LCSA Username (most likely your email address). Then click "Forgot Password" to set up a new password for our new online system. Once you have a new password, Sign In (Note: You can tell if you are Signed In if you see your name at the top of the website next to the Shopping Cart icon. If your name is not displayed here, you will see the words Sign In instead).
- If you think you have a LCSA username, but have forgotten it, click "Forgot Username" or Contact LCSA.
- If you do not have a LCSA Username or you are not a Member, either go to our website and become a member, or "Create a New Account" which will add you to our system as a user (non-member).
Note: Only Signed In LCSA Members will be shown discounted prices for the Conference Registration. If you are a LCSA Member but are shown Non-Member prices for registration, please Contact LCSA in order to correct this.
If you have any questions or issues in relation to Membership or Sign In, or if your organisation is experiencing financial hardship and you would like to discuss registration payment option, please Contact LCSA.
As you select items they will be added to the shopping cart for your account. If there is a time-based itinerary conflict with selected items you will get a warning message. Also be aware that you may be required to input additional information for certain items as you make your selections.
If you are registering more than one person from the same organisation, please Contact LCSA, as we will need to assign someone from your organisation as a "Group Member Administrator" in order for you to perform this task. Once the relevant person is assigned as a Group Member Administrator, they can complete registration selections for one conference delegate, then click on the button that says "Register Someone Else" on the Registration page. Search and select the person's name you want to register and complete the Registration form on behalf of that person. Repeat this step multiple times and then "Proceed to Checkout".
Checkout & Payment
Once you've selected all the options you require, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button at the bottom of the registration page, or click the shopping card icon at the very top of the website below the URL.
Review the details of your Shopping Cart and make any changes if necessary. Under the heading "Payment details" select "Pay Later", then click "Submit Order". Once you submit your order, an Order Confirmation will display on the web page and a copy emailed to you.
Conference Registration fees can be paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into LCSA's Nominated Bank account listed on your invoice. Make sure you add the Invoice number for the reference or description when making the bank transfer payment.
NOTE: At this stage LCSA is unable to offer credit card payments, or any other online transaction through this website. Please DO NOT attempt to add credit card details when registering, even if this option is provided on the screen.
To view or download the invoice for your conference registration, scroll to the top of the web page and click on your name (if signed in) next to the Shopping Cart icon. This will open your Account page where you can view your details. Click the "My Participation" tab, then click on the relevant Invoice Number to view your invoice (Click the PDF icon to download).
If you are unable to access your account or you can't find your invoice, contact LCSA and request this to be emailed to you.
